My Story
My journey has been one of incredible change and growth since I left Wales for London at 18. My career has taken me in many exciting directions—from theatre and freelancing, to event management and music touring, and eventually travelling and living abroad. All of these great experiences shaped who I am and what I enjoy most: helping others to live courageously and intentionally.
Like anyone, I’ve had my share of successes, but I’ve also hit some serious bumps along the way. I’ve faced burnout, stress, and anxiety more times than I’d like to admit, all in the pursuit of living my best life. What I’ve learned through it all is that we’re all human, and those moments of struggle often teach us the most. Perfectionism might drive us to set high standards, but it’s in those low points that we find our real strength.
Today, my mission is to help others find the courage to make meaningful change in a way that truly works for them. I’m passionate about self-development and love exploring new tools and approaches to better understand myself and the world around me. My strengths lie in helping my clients see things from fresh perspectives and staying laser-focused on what they want most.
Since becoming fully certified as a coach in 2020, and after 10 years in leadership development and more recently in the sobriety space, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients from all over the world, supporting their journey of self-growth.
If you’re looking for a thinking partner and feel ready to create positive change in your life, I’d love to help. I regularly work with individuals and teams, both in and out of the workplace, to shape positive change.
I’m a fully certified transformation coach, a holistic sober coach, and a qualified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach. Let’s work together to create the change you’re looking for.
When we work together, the first step is getting crystal clear on what you truly want. From there, we’ll dive into a series of sessions where I’ll support you in figuring out the best path to achieve those goals. Along the way, we’ll uncover any obstacles or limiting beliefs that have been holding you back, and together, we’ll explore ways to move past them and keep you on track towards your vision.
My approach begins with a belief that you’re already resourceful, creative, and whole—you don’t need fixing or moulding. My focus is all about helping you tap into your own potential. Through deep listening, powerful frameworks, and the right questions, I’m here to help you explore new answers to old problems and discover what’s truly possible for you.
It’s not often that we get the opportunity to have these kinds of deep, meaningful conversations. But I can personally say that coaching has transformed my life, and that’s what inspires me to share this incredible space with others. Together, we’ll work through the obstacles and limiting beliefs that have held you back, and map out the best path to get you where you want to be.
Holistic Sober Coaching
I trained with Janey Lee Grace at The Sober Club, who follows the principles set out by Jolene Park on working with 'Grey Area Drinkers' and those who are sober curious and ready to stop drinking and live the best alcohol free life possible. Having stopped myself in January 2023, I bring with me the full experience and understanding of what it takes to quit alcohol in a world where we are surrounded by it. I'm aligned to the Sober Code of Ethics for practicing coaches.

Strengths and Performance Coaching
I trained with Gallup as a CliftonStrengths coach and have worked as an executive coach within organisations in recent years. I share Gallup's belief that by focusing on what people do well, they can be inspired to achieve great things. I offer individual and team coaching and facilitation.
I co-host small group retreats for women through Salty Bird Retreats in stunning destinations around the world. Our ethos is to share all that sober living can be, with fun, connection and a friendly vibe at the heart of everything we do. Guests get to experience a circuit-breaker from their everyday lives, and go home feeling refreshed, inspired and with a toolkit of strategies to maintain their sober lifestyle.
“Transformative coaching explores a client’s inner world of beliefs, assumptions, values and expectations in order to create greater possibilities for ways of being in life”.
